Promoting the Development of Technology Startup Incubation: Experiences from China and Recommendations for Vietnam

Abstract
Technology business incubators are an essential component of the startup ecosystem, playing a crucial role in fostering the growth of technology startups in various countries. However, the concept of business incubation has only been introduced in the past two decades in Vietnam. There is still a lack of the business incubators that meet that meet the standards set by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Research aimed at promoting the development of technology startup incubation is a prerequisite for supporting and developing technology startups in Vietnam. By analyzing the experiences of technology startup incubation in China and based on a combination of the situation and characteristics of Vietnam, the project proposes recommendations to promote the development of technology startup incubation in the country.
