Startups In Digital Era, Role of Marketing
Abstract
With recent trends of globalization and digitalization, businesses, startups face both: ease of operation and challenges. Major role of the business digitalization plays digital marketing, with its ability to reach out to the potential customers by just posting one creative social media post and gaining large number of views, awareness about the particular business/product/service/ startups. This study aims to gain an understanding on what do startups face in nowadays-digital economy , role of digital marketing on startups operation and highlight the knowledge, awareness of a Gen Z generation about the startups, role of digital marketing, challenges that startups face and factors that influence on the startup success. A Survey questionnaire was designed and distributed to 137 Rangsit University International College Students. The study also made use of secondary data collected from online resources, journals, and peer-reviewed papers.
