Agricultural Cooperatives and Their Development Prospects in Georgia Taking Into Account The Experience of The European Union

Abstract
A cooperative is one of the most common and convenient forms of doing business. The creation and operation of a cooperative is possible in any field, but since the development of agriculture is of paramount importance for the sustainable economic growth and decentralization of the country, the article presents cooperatives in the agricultural sector. The article discusses the positive and negative aspects of creating a cooperative, their legal regulation and existing state support programs in the field. The experience of various states is analyzed, based on this experience, how useful it would be to introduce the same methods in Georgia and what development prospects agricultural cooperatives in Georgia may have.
