Artificial Intelligence Based Tools in B2B Marketing Channel
Abstract
This paper focuses on artificial intelligence based tools that are used in a marketing channel. As we
know Digitalization and artificial intelligence enable manufacturers to develop innovative ways to offer more
valuable services to their distribution channel. Digitization makes digital services more cost-effective, providing
continuous support and information for B2B customers. Development must be customer-centric, focusing on the
customer experience, not just the provider's benefits. This research aims to explore distributors' attitudes towards
digital service channels, especially chatbots as a form of self-service.
