The Development of A Digital Platform for Training Program Management

Abstract
The purposes of this research are 1) To explore the management system model of training programs, 2) To develop a training program management platform, and 3) To assess the efficiency of using the training program management platform. The sample group in this study involved 312 respondents who participated in the assessment of the platform’s efficiency which the researchers selected by carrying out the approach of simple random sampling. The research made use of the following tools in order to collect data 1) The training program management platform, 2) the system efficiency assessment questionnaires, and 3) the user satisfaction survey. The statistics used for data analysis were various ranging from percentages, means (𝑥̅), and standard deviations (S.D.).In assessing the efficiency of the system by experts, the training program management platform was categorized into three aspects. The highest-rated aspects are efficiency (𝑥̅ =4.08, S.D.=0.62), ease of use (𝑥̅ =4.04, S.D.=0.85), and alignment with user requirements (𝑥̅ =4.04, S.D.=0.42).The researchers implemented an assessment of user satisfaction when utilizing the training program management platform from the sample group of 312 users. The findings revealed that the satisfaction level in terms of content (𝑥̅ =4.60, S.D.=0.48) was rated at a high level, followed by the satisfaction level in terms of design (𝑥̅ =4.48, S.D.=0.69), and the satisfaction level in terms of the application (𝑥̅ =4.40, S.D.=0.49), which were also at a high level respectively. In summary, overall user satisfaction towards the training program management platform was at a high level. Keywords - Digital platform, Training program management, User satisfaction
