Satisfaction of Researchers with Services Providedby the Institute of Research and Development at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University for the Fiscal Year 2022

Abstract
This research studied the evaluation of the satisfaction of researchers in services provision by the Institute of Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, for the fiscal year 2022. The aims of this research are: 1. To evaluate the service recipients' perception regarding the importance of the organization's image, satisfaction, and various suggestions to reflect the satisfaction and trustworthiness of the Institute of Research and Development. 2. To raise awareness among personnel about the importance and benefits of effective public relations communication, which plays a crucial rolein their success of their work and contributes to the good image of the organization. 3. To equip management and personnel with technical knowledge of public relations communication that can be applied in practice and can enhance their skills in becoming effective communicators. The population and sample utilized for the research involved 139 researchers (academic field). The questionnaire was employed in this study as a tool for data collection with the purpose of surveying their perception on the service image of the Institute of Research and Development. The questionnaire was structured as an open-ended format consisting of multiple-choice questions allowing the participants to give the fact answer. The questionnaire was divided into three sections which are: Section 1 - Questions covers personal informationincluding 2 questions on service usage of the Institute of Research and Development and working experience with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Section 2 – Questions addresses the level of perception of researchers about the image and services of the Institute of Research and Development, and Section 3 includes suggestions.The analysis conducted in this research was based on 139 online questionnaire responses from the sample group of 139 participants, accounting for 100%. The majority of respondents are research findings users. The assessment findings indicated that the overall perception of the image and services of the Institute ofResearch and Development for the fiscal year 2022 on the 1stRound was rated at the highest level, with an average score of 4.51, accounting for 90.2%.
