The Perception of Gradutes’s Parents in Relation To The Image of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
This research aims to study the image of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University from the perspective of parents and to investigate factors influencing the university's image. The study covers demographic characteristics, attitudes toward the university, perception of management, characteristics of teachers, staff, and students, as well as the university's image in terms of trustworthiness, acceptance, and loyalty. The study involves a population of parents of graduates, totaling 452 individuals who completed their education at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in the academic year 2022. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis with prepackaged computer programs. Respondents in the questionnaire were mostly female, with undergraduate education, and income less than or equal to 15,000 Baht. They held a positive attitude toward the university, had a good perception of management, and rated the characteristics of teachers, staff, and students highly. The university's image in terms of trustworthiness was rated very good. The image in terms of acceptance and loyalty was also rated highly. Parents with different levels of education had different opinions about the university's image, with statistically significant differences at the .05 level. Attitudes toward the university and perceptions (management and characteristics of teachers, staff, and students) significantly influenced the university's image (trustworthiness, acceptance, and loyalty) at the .01 level.
