Practices for Knowledge Management (KM) Development To Enhance The Working Performance Efficiency of The Institute For Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
This research aims to provide the Institute for Research and Development at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with practices for Knowledge Management (KM) of the organization. The study involves developing collected data obtained from questionnaires in order to drive knowledge management activities, to meet with the university's objectives, vision, and mission. Drawing upon the sample group of 25 participants, including the management and personnel of the Institute for Research and Development at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. A questionnaire with the 5-level of the Likert Scale was utilized as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, means, and standard deviations. The research findings suggested that the majority of questionnaire participants were female, totaling 13 persons, representing 52.00 percent. Most of them graduated from bachelor's degree, with 11 persons accounting for 44.00 percent. In terms of job positions, 10 participants were university personnel, making up for 40.00 percent. In addition, 12 persons, accounting for 48.00 percent, had more than 10 years of working experience. Overall, the participants exhibited the high level of knowledge and understanding of accessibility to the Knowledge Management (KM) processes and the status of Knowledge Management (KM) according to Knowledge Management action plan of the Institute for Research and Development at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. When considering each aspect, the status of knowledge management in the personnel aspect was in the first ranked of means representing that university personnel are able to apply their working experience for their working performance at a means score of 4.88. In the process aspect, the evaluation of working performance in knowledge management in order to utilize the gained results for further improvement, both on skill development and collaborative learning promotion among university personnel, was the top-ranked of means, with a means score of 4.84. Lastly, in the technology aspect, the highest-rated element was its technology and infrastructure that are able to connect personnel throughout the entire organization efficiently for effective knowledge management, with a means score of 4.80.
