Implementation of Kru-Rak-Tin Project by Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University: Lessons Learned from a Field Case Study

Abstract
The purposes of this qualitative research were to 1) discover lessons learned from the Kru-Rak-Tin project implementation in the responsibility area of Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University (MCRU), 2) study the factor affecting teacher production for school development in the local community, and 3) propose guidelines for developing a teacher production model for school development of the local community. The target group used in the basic data for the development of a teacher production model for school development in the local community was 54 people. The research instruments were document analysis, in-depth interviews, focus group discussion, and content analysis. The results found based on the basic information, the development of the teacher production model for school development of the local community that has processes and cooperation to make local teacher production successful and effective in implementing can be summarized into 3 parts, 1) the teacher-student selection process for local development, 2) the teacher production process for local development, and 3) the cooperation network of production and development institutes.
