Using Events in English-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-English Interpretation Classes

Abstract
Events having been widely been a social and professional activities alleged to be capable of developing participants’ interpersonal and communicational skills. Organizing events as activities for English classes are corroborated to bring interactional and social skills for students of languages. Examining students’ perceptions over a variety of hosted events, through an analysis of qualitative data, the findings show that these events helped to bring students to reality, given them opportunities to apply theory to practice. By some ways, these events helped learners imagine their real job in the near future. Keywords - Events, Social Skill, Organization Skill, Communicative Skills.
