Paper Title
Ecological Assessment of the State of Water Bodies in Northern Kazakhstan on the Example of Lake Maibalyk

Abstract
This article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the ecological state of Lake Maybalyk in Akmola region. The main hydrochemical (pH, O2 content, chromaticity, transparency, turbidity, NO3-, NO2-) and hydrobiological (zooplankton state, ichthyofauna) indicators were studied. It is established that all the studied indicators are within the normal range, which indicates the absence of external factors causing pollution of this reservoir during the studied time periods. Ecological assessment of the ichthyofauna, the forage base of Lake Maybalyk shows its prospects for fishery use. Keywords - Hydrobionts, Ecomonitoring, Hydrochemistry, Hydrobiology
