Paper Title
Low Voltage Two Stage CMOS Operational Amplifier Design for Biomedical Applications

Abstract
The operational amplifier is a fundamental building block in any biomedical instrumentation system and analog integrated circuit design. In this work, the design of a two-stage opamp that suitable for operation together with electrophysiological signals is explained. The whole design steps are described in detail. Simulations of designed opamp are realized on Cadence EDA tools with 0.6µm AMI process. Fundamental operating curves are plotted. The effects on working characteristics of device parameters are also compared. The results obtained show that the study provides a basis for designing application-specific opamps.
