Paper Title
Legal Education and Legal Professions, Careers of Lawyers and Recent Trends Aimed at Reforming and Redesigning Training under the Aspect of Dispute Resolution/Dispute Mitigation in Public (Major) Construction Projects

Abstract
The following explanations substantiate that targeted non-monothematic legal and construction-related training and further education is elementary and is the basis for successful dispute resolution/dispute mitigation, especially in public - mostly large-scale - construction projects. It is made clear that appropriate capacities are available and must be provided on all sides of the parties involved in the construction project. This requires, above all, qualified lawyers with specialist knowledge and a view beyond the edge of the building law (fence).
