The Impact of Training, Empowerment and Teamwork on Organizational Commitment of Agricultural Experts in Agricultural Research, Training and Promotion Organization
Today, we do know the importance of efficient and committed workforce in organizations. Most managers find that this factor is the most important asset of the organization. They know it is one of the most important factor in ensuring organizational effectiveness for creating organizational commitment among employees. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of three factors of training, empowerment and teamwork on organizational commitment of the Agricultural Research, Training and Promotion Organization. To accomplish the stated goals, the data were collected by an online survey of 250 agricultural employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that training of employee has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and also, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. . Finally, the findings emphasized that teamwork had a positive effect on organizational commitment and statistically significant.
