The Curry Paste Made from Fresh and Dried Sweet Pepper (Capsicum Annuum Linn) Affect Consumer Acceptance

Abstract
This research was a experimental research on the production of Thai red curry paste from fresh and dried sweet pepper. Purpose: 1) Produce rad curry paste from dried rad sweet pepper and fresh green sweet pepper produce curry paste 2) Sensory test, rad curry paste and green curry paste. How to tasting The samples were sampled by 30 people to test consumer acceptance. Non-spicy Curry Paste is a new curry paste product for consumers. The ultimate goal of this research was to produce curry paste or red curry paste and curry paste or spicy green curry. And the consumer acceptance.
