Paper Title
The Use of Case-Based Reasoning in a Knowledge-Based (Learning) Software Development Organizations

Abstract
This paper presents the strategic use of case-based reasoning (CBR) in software industry, particularly in software development organizations that use the knowledge management to improve software quality and productivity. It describes how knowledge-based organization for the software domain can use both approaches from Software Engineering, and Case- Based Reasoning . and illustrates the requisites for a domain to facilitate learning in the software engineering sphere. Paper is organized as follows. Section II describes methods in the software engineering field , like Quality Improvement Paradigm (QIP) and Experience Factory model (EF) , Section III presents the requisites for a domain to facilitate learning in the software engineering sphere and Section IV illustrates the motivation for using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) technology. Finally, Section V presents conclusion. Keywords Software Engineering (SE), Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) , Knowledge-Based Organization (KBO).
