Abstract
In these days the e-commerce witness a true revolution and it became the important way for easy and quick trade. This research describes the impacts of e-commerce on small and medium-sized companies by measuring level of e-commerce usage, identifying the benefits and technical barriers associated with e-commerce, which establish a significant barrier between barriers when starting the process of e-commerce implementation.
