Co-Leadership In Organizational Change

Abstract
This article is about leadership in organizational change and co-leadership as a potential support for change processes. It is widely accepted that companies nowadays are forced by the existential necessity to review their structures and processes constantly and to flexibly adapt to changes. The main actors in these processes are the change leaders. Due to their impact they are becoming increasingly a key differentiator for success or failure in change projects.
