The Development of Innovation in Education Management Project by Using the Constructivism Theory: Case Study of 430 201 Basic Acting Course

Abstract
Innovation in education management is the process of translating a new ideal/ a new invention in education. Innovation can be viewed as the application of better solution that meet new requirements, inarticulate needs, or existing market needs. Nowadays, there are various innovations in education management method. Even that method have been used for a while but it, still, has been called the innovation in education, if it has been well/widely known. Innovation in education management is the using process to discover and develop the new teaching method that responds to strengthen in content knowledge, specific skill, expertise and literacy. The Development of Innovation in Education Management Project by Using the Constructivism Theory: Case Study of 430 201 Basic Acting Course which is a core subject in theatre course, Faculty of Arts, Silpakorn University, Thailand. The data and information of the research are collected by informal discussion with 13 theatre students, 6 lecturers and 250 audiences. Keywords- Innovation, Education Management, Constructivism.
