Paper Title
Farming on Unused Land Owned by the State Railway Authority of Thailand by Implementing Blockchain Technology

Abstract
This proposal aims to address the issue of unused land in Thailand, particularly, the unused land owned by the State Railway Authority of Thailand (SRT). SRT is a state-owned department responsible for the entire railway system and networks across the country. It is one of the few government bodies that owns the most land and this is due to future planning purposes and the nature of the rail systems as a service. The problem is that although SRT owns all this land, the majority of it in fact is unused or under-used. The purpose of this study is to see what kind of technology we can use to address this problem. It aims to research the use of platform technology, blockchain and smart contracts. It aims to also show whether such technologies can be used to create greater efficiency in the use of the land, who can potentially benefit from it and how it can be applied in a real case basis Keywords - Blockchain, Smart Contract, Platform Technology, Land Use, Railway, Land Registration,
