Innovation of Evaluation Tools for Traditional Retail Business

Abstract
Business evaluation is the activity which all type of firm has been practicingquite some time and continuously. Especially the small business that is the base of several businesses such as the retail business that more closelywith the people way of life.Retail business could be divided into 2 main categories “Traditional retail business” and “Modern retail business”.At present, traditional retail businesses have taken a down turnwhich stem from many problems. Nevertheless, the business-ecosystem organizations are trying to help and support them in many ways but could not success. Because the organizations do not have the appropriate evaluation tools to give information and data related tohiddenproblem when compared to present situation. By bringing the same type of tools as used to evaluate in psychological measurements by using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to evaluate the traditional retail business for explore the hidden problem. This study used a mixed method approach, a quantitative methodology with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test two main factors of the traditional retail businessfrom their business ecosystem and entrepreneurs. A qualitative methodology was adopted. In this study, the randomization by nonprobability sampling with one group for quota sampling and the othersfor purposive sampling, were used to investigate the requirement and the necessity of traditional retail business capability.
