Entrepreneurship Training for Persons With Disabilities in Tamil Nadu- An Overview

Abstract
Business creates new jobs, encouraging economic growth. Business skills require a multitude of qualities, some of which are rooted in the individual while others may be acquired. Perhaps the most successful groups of the people with disabilities who advocate entrepreneurship and economic self-sufficiency. It may however be this group of people who face the most obstacles in the education of entrepreneurs. This paper explored the issues of persons with disabilities in entrepreneurial education in India. A revision of existing journal articles and a background paper were the methodologies. The findings are essential to help and contribute to the development of entrepreneurial education, especially for disabled people in India.
