Abstract
Study of Desirable Characteristics of Students Cultural Management Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Aims to 1) to study the level of opinions on the desirable characteristics of students in Cultural Management, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. 2) To compare the opinions of students in cultural management. Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University: 5 aspects: 1. Honesty and saving. 2. Sacrificing. Dedication and work for the collective. 3. Justice. 4. Responsibility and punctuality. 5. Diligence and persistence. To classified by gender, age, education level and Family status. The population of 109 students this study in the Cultural Management, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Data were collected by using questionnaires and statistics used for data analysis: percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study indicated that of the 109 respondents, most respondents were women. 81.7% are currently studying in the first year, 34.9% have the age of 20-21 years, or 56.9%. Most of the students come from their parents' families, accounting for 70.6%. 2.51 - 3.00, representing 48.6 percent. The level of opinion on the desirable characteristics of honesty and saving was at a high level. The average (x ̅) of 3.68 is the sacrifice. Their dedication and work to the collective was at a very high level. The mean (x ̅) of 3.62 for justice at the high level, the mean (x ̅) was 3.72. Responsibility and punctuality at the high level (x ̅) 3.67, diligence, persistence and persistence were found to be moderate and the average (x ̅) of 3.30 Index Terms - Desirable characteristics, Cultural Management, Student Cultural Management
