Paper Title
Stage-Wise Gene Expression Profiling and Functional Annotation of Dengue Virus

Abstract
Dengue virus is a mosquito-borne emerging or re-emerging pathogen and millions of individual worldwide are affected due to seasonal weather changes and associated vector transmission. Thus, it is pertinent to understand the gene expression profiling and their inferred biological functions in comparison to normal and dengue virus infected conditions. The accurate prediction of early molecular and cellular events during viral infection is critical in the treatment and spread of neuro-virulence and overall management of the disease. Here, we have analyzed the gene expression profiling for dengue hemorrhagic fever, dengue fever, and normal human dataset. Our study leads to the conclusion that the dengue hemorrhagic fever arise in result to potential change in gene expression pattern and the inferred function obviously belong to immune system but also there are some addition potential pathways which are critical signaling pathways.
