The Mediating Role of Transformational Leadership on Organizational learning and Organizational Innovativeness

Abstract
This paper aimed to investigate the mediating influences of transformational leadership on organizational learning and organizational innovativeness. IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0 maximum likelihood program was used to test the model. A quantitative research design was employed where a questionnaire was used to collect the data from a sample of 220 PHEIs in Malaysia. The findings of this study provide evidence that organizational learning and transformational leadership have a significant positive relationship influence on organizational innovativeness. The research also demonstrates that there was a mediating influence of transformational leadership on organizational learning and organizational innovativeness.
