The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Institutional Performance Comparative Study Between Private and Public Sector in Qatar

Abstract
The present study aimed at assessing the effect of intellectual capital on institutional performance in comparison with the government sector and the private sector in Qatar through a survey questionnaire distributed to the study sample from the public and private sector. Minitab 17 was used to analyze the data statistically. The results of the study showed that there is a significant significance of intellectual capital practices on the institutional performance and had a greater impact in the private sector on the public sector, and recommended the study of the need to pay attention to intellectual capital practices, especially human capital. The paper opened a new directions for future research discussed through the paper. Index Terms - Intellectual Capital, Human resources capital, organizational performance.
