Effect of Six Weeks Cross Training Protocol on Blood Glucose Level of Male Athletes

Abstract
Biochemistry is the investigation of the science of life process. Broadly educating additionally called molding preparing, is performed for improving athletic and sports execution. In this present examination specialist made an endeavor to investigate the Impact of broadly educating system on blood glucose dimension of male competitors. The study was conducted on male athletes of 20- 25 years age group. A total thirty five (N=35) male athletes were selected as subjects from Department of Physical Education, Panjab University, Chandigarh to check effect of cross training programme on blood urea level. After collecting relevant data paired t- test was applied with the help of SPSS-17. To test the hypothesis the level of significance was set at 0.05. Based on discoveries of present examination, it is presumed that the outcomes capably demonstrate critical contrast among pre and post-trial of Blood Glucose Level in male athletes.
