Effective Communication Operations of Companies for Service Efficiency

Abstract
Research and development requires resource allocation with reduced cost in order to increase profit margins for business efficiency. To achieve this, there are established principles that must be applied regardless of the industry to enhance its growth. Elimination of communication barriers within the industry will encourage an open door culture where employees are not afraid to provide suggestions and feedback to management and co-workers. Communication ethics increases the efficiency of a company by ensuring that all relevant parties have access to the information they need to perform. It is imperative companies’ measure and revaluates their performance quarterly to improve achievements and reach the apex of opportunity. The reason for this research is to figure out the communication barriers, which is characterized by a hierarchical structureof management in order to provide the enabling conditions for organizational efficiency especially in the tourism industry which is increasingly developing widely. In the furtherance of this study, communication will be seen as a key factor throughout all levels of organizational structure regardless of the bureaucratic machine in place.
