Expectations for Academic Service Quality of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the level of students’ expectations for academic service quality: a case study of The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research was conducted by using quantitative approach from questionnaires in survey research. Sample of this research was 379 undergraduate students in The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University using Taro Yamane’s formula chosen by simple random sampling of 7,112 target population. The findings indicated that the expectations for academic service quality of the students in The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University have the high mean score at 3.57. The results of this research would be an advantage for developing the academic services quality and services provided by the academic staffs in order to prepare for the competition since there are plenty of higher education institutes today. Moreover, the results could be used for developing the work system to accommodate the expansion in the future. Keywords - Expectation, Academic Service Quality
