Ensemble Model Based Approaches for System Recommendation in Candidate Selection

Abstract
Candidate selection is a key field in human resources management systems. Recent advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning have made candidate selection to be a key field of study and numerous algorithms have been proposed and evaluated that attempt to generate a system recommendation to assist in the candidate selection process. We propose new models and algorithms for this important problem and our empirical results through a leading HR management system suggest significant advantages of the proposed approach.
