Facilitating Leadership for Industrial 4.0
These study focuses on facilitating leadership for the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (4IR). Leaders must competence and equip a winning characteristic in the era industrial revolutions. The main variables for facilitating leadership consists variables of knowledge management practices, creation knowledge, adaptability and innovation performance. A statistic descriptive and multiple regression analysis were esed to establish relationship and predict among the variables.Results showed the four variables are significant related and contributed towards facilitating organizational leaders for 4IR. A major implication is that, those four variables is a must and applicable for a leadership to match the pace of 4IR. This study also suggests a mix method, a qualitative and quantitative investigation on these variables to fulfil and facilitate a leadership in the context of emerging challenges.
