The Problem of Cambodian Labor and National Security: A Case Study of Sa Kaeo Province

Abstract
This research is conducted to study the problem of Cambodian labor and national security in Muang district, Sa Kaeo province in 5 dimensions, say, social and environmental issue, political and management issue, cultural issue, economic issue, and emotional issue. The results show that the overall value of the problem of Cambodian labor and national security: a case study of Sa Kaeo province is at the high level ( = 3.636, S.D. = 0.588). When consider each dimension separately, it is found that the social and environmental issue is at the high level ( = 3.710, S.D. = 0.692), and then followed by culture and tourism ( = 3.696, S.D. = 0.609), leading a daily life ( = 3.658, S.D. = 0.692), political and public administration issue ( = 3.646, S.D. = 0.692), and, finally, economic issue ( = 3.644, S.D. = 0.692) respectively. The hypothesis testing reveals that age, marital status, and educational level have no relationship with the problem of Cambodian workers and national security of Sa Kaeo province. The results also show that the difference in sex has a different attitude toward leading a daily life issue at the significant value of .01 (t = -2.439, sig = 0.01), and different occupation has a different attitude toward economic issue at the significant value of .05 (F = 0.41, sig = 0.04).
